Royal Treatment Plant (RTP) return with new radio single ‘Battle Scars’ on March 7, via Tip Top Recordings. The lead single from their upcoming second album, ‘Battle Scars’ is a huge rock blast full of stunning hooks and melodies.

The London-based five-piece is led by Australian-born, Papua New Guinea missionary kid, Paula Steel - her vocals soaring over the buzz-roar guitars and tight drums and bass of her boys. Produced by Justin ‘Premen’ Underhill (Little Death, Longview) and given beautiful analogue mastering by Graeme Wilson (Television Personalities, The Projects), this is RTP at their catchiest and most potent.

Having signed to Universal Music for Australasia and Tip Top in the UK; recent title track syncs for 4Music’s ‘On Track with Seat’ and ITV’s ‘F1 Rocks’, an invitation to perform at SXSW 2011, and deals being signed around the world anticipation is quickly growing for their sophomore record, showcased perfectly here on ‘Battle Scars’.
